Your guide to building procurement

Step 1
Once you have chosen a potential site for your new facilities, contact Portakabin to discuss your plans.

Step 2
In our initial meeting with you, we gain a full understanding of your requirements and determine the size and type of building that best suits your needs.

Step 3
We draw up detailed plans for the new building. These plans are submitted for your planning permission application.

Step 4
Once you have received planning permission, we can proceed. Portakabin can provide a complete turnkey package, including project management and groundworks for your building, if required.

Step 5
Buildings are manufactured in our factory as groundworks at your site begin - reducing project time and minimising disruption to your site. Your building is then delivered to site for rapid construction.

Step 6
You get the building checked by Building Control for compliance with the Building Regulations - and arrange for services, such as water and electricity to be connected.

Step 7
You move in to your brand new quality working environment. Portakabin provides ongoing support, offering advice or assistance when it is needed.
