Location: Walsall

Requirement: During the construction of the new Walsall City Academy, students at TP Riley Community School needed complete educational facilities for 440 pupils and staff until their new school was completed.

Solution: Portakabin provided an entire school for hire, featuring specialist and general classrooms, a school hall, toilets, a library, a music and drama suite, a sixth form common room, ICT rooms, meeting and staff rooms, and science laboratories.

"Portakabin was given less than three months to construct the buildings and install all the fixtures and fittings. Despite this, the service, consideration and willingness to accommodate specific requirements were excellent. The Portakabin building has been home to the school for 18 months and everyone has been very happy with the excellent teaching and learning environment it provides."
